Common questions

Everything people ask before booking

Pricing, scheduling, access, insurance, and disposal — the honest version.

What can you take?
Most household items, furniture, appliances, yard waste, construction debris, and light demolition debris. We’ll let you know up front if something is restricted by local disposal rules.
How do you price junk removal?
Pricing is based mainly on how much space your items take in our truck or trailer, plus any special disposal fees for heavy or restricted material. We give you a firm price before we start so there are no surprises.
Do I need to move anything to the curb?
Nope. We offer full-service junk removal. You just point and we take it from wherever it is—as long as it’s safe and accessible.
Can you handle big, heavy, or awkward items?
Yes. Because we also do land work, we’re used to big and heavy. With the right equipment, we can safely move items many companies can’t touch.
Do you offer same or next-day service?
Often, yes—especially for smaller loads. For larger cleanouts or combined land work + junk removal jobs, we’ll work with your schedule and ours to get you taken care of quickly.
Do I have to be home when you pick up?
Not always. For straightforward outdoor or garage loads we can work from photos and instructions. For anything inside the house or where we need to confirm what stays, we would rather you or someone you trust be there when we price it.
How soon can you get to my job?
Smaller loads are frequently same or next day. Full cleanouts, demolition, and combined land work jobs get scheduled around the rest of the crew’s week, but we will give you a real date instead of a vague window.
Are you insured?
Yes. We are licensed and insured, which matters most on the heavy and awkward jobs where a cheaper hauler might damage a driveway, wall, or lawn.
What happens to the stuff after you haul it?
It depends on the load. Usable items and scrap metal get separated out where it makes sense, and the rest goes to the appropriate local disposal or landfill facility. Some material carries a special disposal fee, which we tell you about before we start.
Is there anything you cannot take?
Certain hazardous materials are restricted by local disposal rules — things like wet paint, solvents, fuel, asbestos, and some chemicals. Send a photo or describe it and we will tell you right away whether we can haul it.
Can you do junk removal and land work in the same visit?
Yes, and that is often the cheapest way to do it. Grading, clearing, and hardscaping run through our sister company West Way Landwork, so one crew and one set of equipment can handle both.
