Junk removal & hauling services in North Alabama

If it’s bulky, messy, or just plain in the way, there’s a good chance we can take it. Every job is priced on-site and approved by you before we load a thing.

  • Upfront pricing
  • No surprises
  • Licensed & insured

Full service, start to finish

You point. We lift, load, haul, and sweep up.

West Way Junk Removal is a division of West Way Landwork, a land work company with 27 years of experience in heavy equipment, dirt, and debris. That means we show up with skid steers, tractors, and dump trailers rather than a single pickup—so tough access, big piles, and heavy material are routine work for us.

  • Household junk & old furniture
  • Yard waste, brush & storm debris
  • Construction & renovation debris
  • Appliances, hot tubs & sheds
  • Property & rental cleanouts

What we haul

Every service we offer

Eight core services cover almost every call we get. Each one below tells you who it’s for, what it covers, and what you end up with. Not sure where your job fits? Send a photo and we’ll tell you straight.

Household Junk & Furniture

Couches, mattresses, bedroom sets, boxes, old décor, attic and garage cleanouts—cleared out quickly.

Who it's for

Homeowners and renters clearing space room by room.

Commonly includes

  • Couches & sectionals
  • Mattresses & box springs
  • Bedroom sets
  • Attic & garage cleanouts

What you get

A room you can actually use again by the end of the visit, swept up before we pull out of the driveway.

Worried about stairs, tight doorways, and scuffed walls? You never have to drag anything to the curb — we carry it out, and we’re licensed and insured if something goes sideways.

Yard Waste & Brush

Branches, shrubs, leaves, storm debris and more. Perfect add-on to our land clearing and bush hogging services.

Who it's for

Property owners after a storm, a big trim, or a clearing project.

Commonly includes

  • Branches & limbs
  • Shrubs & stumps
  • Leaves & clippings
  • Storm debris

What you get

Brush piles and storm debris gone in one visit instead of a dozen weekend trailer trips of your own.

Pile bigger than it looks from the road? We show up with tractors and dump trailers, so volume is something we price — not something we get surprised by.

Construction & Renovation Debris

Lumber, drywall, flooring, roofing, tile and more from remodels, additions, and DIY projects.

Who it's for

Remodelers, contractors, and DIYers between phases of a job.

Commonly includes

  • Lumber & framing scrap
  • Drywall
  • Flooring & tile
  • Roofing tear-off

What you get

A clear work area between phases, so your trades aren’t climbing over the last job to start the next one.

Mid-job and can’t wait a week? Smaller loads are frequently same or next day, and you get a real date instead of a vague window.

Appliances & Single Items

Refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves, water heaters, treadmills and more. One item or a truckload.

Who it's for

Anyone with one stubborn heavy item — or a truckload of them.

Commonly includes

  • Refrigerators & freezers
  • Washers & dryers
  • Stoves & water heaters
  • Treadmills

What you get

The water heater out of the basement or the fridge off the porch, without you renting a truck or recruiting help.

Just one item and expecting to get gouged on a minimum? Small loads typically run around $100–$200, and you see and approve that price before we touch it.

Property & Rental Cleanouts

Move-outs, evictions, estate and farm cleanups. We can clear whole houses, barns, and outbuildings.

Who it's for

Landlords, investors, realtors, and families handling an estate.

Commonly includes

  • Move-outs & evictions
  • Estate cleanups
  • Farm cleanups
  • Barns & outbuildings

What you get

An empty, broom-clean property that’s ready to photograph, list, rent, or hand over to the next person.

Can’t be there to let us in? For straightforward outdoor or garage loads we can work from photos and instructions — no need to take a day off.

Light Demolition & Removal

Small sheds, playsets, fence sections, decks and similar structures. We tear down and haul away.

Who it's for

Owners who need a structure gone, not just hauled.

Commonly includes

  • Small sheds
  • Playsets & swing sets
  • Fence sections
  • Decks

What you get

The structure down and hauled off together, so you’re not left with a pile where a shed used to be.

Dreading hiring a demo crew and then a separate hauler? We do both halves ourselves — one price, one visit, one company to call.

Dirt, Rock & Heavy Material Hauling

Concrete, rock, clean dirt, and other heavy materials. This is where our land work equipment really shines.

Who it's for

Jobs too heavy for a standard junk removal truck.

Commonly includes

  • Broken concrete
  • Rock & gravel
  • Clean dirt
  • Mixed heavy debris

What you get

Concrete, rock, and dirt moved with machines built for it, instead of a wheelbarrow and a bad back.

Been told your load is too heavy to take? Heavy material is priced on weight plus disposal fees, and we spell both out before we start.

Custom Junk & Debris Jobs

Not sure if it qualifies? Just ask. Send a picture and we’ll let you know if we can take it and what it’ll run.

Who it's for

Anything that does not fit a category — ask before you assume.

Commonly includes

  • Send a photo
  • Get a ballpark range
  • Confirm disposal rules
  • Schedule a visit

What you get

A straight yes or no on whether we can take it, plus a ballpark number, before you commit to anything.

Not sure it’s even allowed? Some material is restricted by local disposal rules — send a photo and we’ll tell you right away instead of on the day.

Fastest way to a price: send us a photo

Snap a picture of the pile, the room, or the item and send it over. We'll tell you whether we can take it, roughly what it'll run, and how soon we can be there.

The equipment advantage

We own the machines, so we take the jobs others turn down

  • Skid steers, tractors, and dump trailers on our own lot
  • Heavy material like concrete, rock, and dirt is routine work
  • Tough access, long driveways, and back-lot piles are no problem
  • Junk removal and land work handled by one crew, in one visit

One crew, both jobs

Grading, clearing, and hardscaping run through our sister company West Way Landwork. Same owner, same crew, same equipment — so one visit can cover the haul-off and the dirt work behind it.

Before you book

The questions people ask before they say yes

Straight answers on pricing, access, insurance, and what we can legally haul.

How do you price junk removal?
Pricing is based mainly on how much space your items take in our truck or trailer, plus any special disposal fees for heavy or restricted material. We give you a firm price before we start so there are no surprises.
Do I need to move anything to the curb?
Nope. We offer full-service junk removal. You just point and we take it from wherever it is—as long as it’s safe and accessible.
Can you handle big, heavy, or awkward items?
Yes. Because we also do land work, we’re used to big and heavy. With the right equipment, we can safely move items many companies can’t touch.
Do you offer same or next-day service?
Often, yes—especially for smaller loads. For larger cleanouts or combined land work + junk removal jobs, we’ll work with your schedule and ours to get you taken care of quickly.
Are you insured?
Yes. We are licensed and insured, which matters most on the heavy and awkward jobs where a cheaper hauler might damage a driveway, wall, or lawn.
Is there anything you cannot take?
Certain hazardous materials are restricted by local disposal rules — things like wet paint, solvents, fuel, asbestos, and some chemicals. Send a photo or describe it and we will tell you right away whether we can haul it.
