Four things that affect your price
No hidden formula. These are the only factors we use, and we walk you through each one that applies to your job.
Volume
The main driver. We measure how much space your items take up in the truck or trailer, not how many pieces there are.
Weight
Concrete, dirt, rock, roofing, and tile weigh far more than furniture, and landfills charge by the ton. Heavy loads price higher than their volume suggests.
Access
A curbside pile loads faster than a second-floor apartment or a backyard behind a narrow gate. Harder access means more labor time.
Disposal fees
Certain items — mattresses, tires, appliances with refrigerant, electronics — carry special disposal fees set by the facility, not by us.

- Do you charge for an estimate?
- No. We walk the job, explain your options, and give you a clear price before we load anything. You approve the price first, and there are no surprise add-ons.
- Can you quote from photos?
- Yes — photos help a lot. Send a few pictures of the pile along with your address and we can give you a ballpark range before we ever come out, then confirm the firm price on-site.
- Do I pay more if the junk is hard to reach?
- Access affects labor time, so a tight-access job can price higher than the same pile sitting at the curb. We factor that into the on-site price and explain it before you approve — nothing gets added afterward.
